I am an experienced and accredited psychotherapist, offering psychotherapy to adults. I also teach trainee psychotherapists and provide clinical supervision. My practice is based in Fitzroy Square, just behind Warren Street Station in Central London.

About Therapy
People come to therapy for many different reasons, but what we have in common when we begin therapy is that we want something in our lives to change.
Therapy provides an opportunity and a relationship to work through difficult issues which get in the way of being able to live fully. Understanding entrenched patterns which contribute to ongoing distress, as well as their origins, can enable profound transformation and healing. These changes can lead to greater self acceptance, and a richer, more fulfilling life. I believe that this process needs safety, sensitivity, warmth, and respect, as well as insightful thinking, and I aim to provide these.
